Tom Hill
President and Chief Executive Officer; Director

 

Tom Hill is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of C2 Construction Materials Company. From 2006 to 2008, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Oldcastle Inc. - the North American arm of CRH, plc, one of the world's leading building materials companies based in Dublin, Ireland. Tom served on the CRH Board of Directors from 2002 to 2008.

Our story

C2 Construction Materials Company was formed In 2008, when Tom Hill and a small team of investors with a bold vision formed a new kind of building materials company. The company was founded around a single, simple idea: to bring successful companies together into something even greater. C2 brings value to its family of companies by maintaining entrepreneurial spirit and local presence, while providing access to resources and shared best practices. Since C2's formation, the company has completed more than 35 acquisitions forming 11 platform companies spanning 17 states and British Columbia, Canada. These companies provide aggregates, cement, ready-mix, asphalt, and construction services to meet residential, nonresidential and public demand.
